Challenge: Design and evolve a recurring annual event that brings together industry thought leaders — requiring a brand identity that stays cohesive across three years while scaling from virtual to hybrid to in-person formats.
Role: Art directed end-to-end event creative across all three years — identity systems, environmental graphics, presentation design, swag, motion design sizzlers, and vendor coordination. Managed the full production pipeline from concept through night-of execution.
Outcome: Three-year event series with increasing ambition each year. Delivered a unified brand system that scaled across digital platforms, printed collateral, environmental signage, and animated content.
