Michael Scrivana is a Product Designer and AI Transformation Lead at Bayer Consumer Health, with a foundation in fine art — four years of drawing, painting, and sculpture at the Art Students League of New York. That hands-on craft background shapes everything: how he thinks about materials, systems, and the lived experience of using a product.
Over the last 18 months he has been building AI-native internal tools for Bayer’s 115-person Product Experience organization — an agentic regulatory-review agent, a React Flow creative-iteration platform, an MCP knowledge server, a five-tool internal AI hub, and the daily-briefing pipeline that runs his own attention. He designed and built all of them. Six years of brand and product design underneath: packaging launches, ecommerce systems, brand websites, motion design, and the BOLD Breakthrough Tour (Bayer’s annual conference) — including core work on MiraFAST and MiraFIBER ($37M in retail sales).
Selected as one of five cross-functional representatives on Bayer Science’s AI Working Team. Last month he gave a 30-minute talk in Nashville teaching designers how to work with Claude.
