Biography

Michael Scrivana is a Senior Brand Designer at Bayer Consumer Health with a foundation in fine art — four years of drawing, painting, and sculpture at the Art Students League of New York. That hands-on craft background shapes everything: how he thinks about materials, space, and the physical experience of encountering design.

Over six years at Bayer, Michael has designed across every surface — trade show booths, event identities, packaging systems, ecommerce launches, and motion design. He art directed the BOLD Breakthrough Tour for three years, managing end-to-end creative from vendor coordination to night-of production. His work on MiraFAST and MiraFIBER generated $48M in retail sales.

Michael is one of five cross-functional AI representatives at Bayer, integrating Claude and MidJourney into daily creative workflows.
